About the position
Sous-chef pentru sezonul de iarnă începând cu 1 decembrie 2026 la restaurantul montan à la carte Duxeralm, cu gestionare familială, în Hochkrimml. Accentul cade pe activitatea intensă de la prânz, completată de o activitate mai redusă la cină în anumite zile.
Tasks
Prepararea preparatelor à la carte. Sprijinirea bucătarului-șef în organizarea bucătăriei, repartizarea sarcinilor către angajați și coordonarea acestora, precum și suplinirea acestuia în zilele libere. Participarea la achiziții, comenzi, recepția mărfii și gestionarea stocurilor. Asigurarea calității și prezentării preparatelor, precum și respectarea normelor de igienă și HACCP.
Requirements
Studii finalizate de bucătar și experiență de mai mulți ani în bucătărie conform descrierii; profilul structurat al portalului menționează un an de experiență profesională și mai puțin de un an de experiență de conducere. Experiență à la carte cu un flux mare de oaspeți, cunoștințe de bucătărie austriacă, tiroleză și din Salzburg. Mod de lucru independent, structurat și curat, talent organizatoric, spirit de echipă, fiabilitate, comportament respectuos și disponibilitate pentru responsabilitate de conducere. Germană B2 și cunoștințe solide de HACCP. Cetățenii UE preferați.
