Requirements
Završeno kuharsko obrazovanje i iskustvo kao sous-chef u hotelijerstvu; četiri godine radnog i dvije godine rukovodećeg iskustva. Radost s svježim regionalnim proizvodima, kreativnost, samomotivacija, preciznost u detaljima i samostalan rad. Ljubaznost, komunikacijske vještine, točnost, odgovornost i pouzdanost. Timski duh, socijalna kompetencija, organizacijski talent, sigurnost u kalkulacijama i svijest o troškovima. Izdržljivost, spremnost na rad, smirenost pod pritiskom te visoka svijest o kvaliteti i usluzi. Uredan izgled, dobre manire, njemački C2 u govoru i pismu te računalne vještine uključujući osnovno poznavanje MS Worda. Potrebna radna dozvola ili državljanstvo EU.
