Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως μάγειρας και εμπειρία ως sous-chef στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο· τέσσερα χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας και δύο χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέση ευθύνης. Αγάπη για φρέσκα τοπικά προϊόντα, δημιουργικότητα, αυτοκινητοποίηση, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας. Ευγένεια, ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, συνέπεια, αίσθημα ευθύνης και αξιοπιστία. Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας, κοινωνική επάρκεια, οργανωτικό ταλέντο, ασφάλεια στους υπολογισμούς και οικονομική συνείδηση. Αντοχή στην πίεση, προθυμία για απόδοση, ψυχραιμία υπό πίεση και υψηλή αίσθηση ποιότητας και εξυπηρέτησης. Επιμελής εμφάνιση, καλοί τρόποι, γερμανικά C2 σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο και γνώσεις ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων βασικών γνώσεων MS Word. Απαιτείται άδεια εργασίας ή ιθαγένεια ΕΕ.
