Prémiový detský hotel Waldhof v Großarl hľadá Chef de Partie pre zimnú sezónu 2026/2027 od konca novembra. Plný úväzok. Na želanie je možné aj celoročné zamestnanie.
Tasks
- Samostatne viesť kuchynský post, napríklad gardemanger, entremetier alebo saucier - Pripravovať, variť a aranžovať jedlá pre à la carte servis a bufet - Dodržiavať HACCP a štandardy kvality - Kontrolovať správny stav pracovných pomôcok a potravín - Spolupracovať s vedením kuchyne a ostatnými oddeleniami
Requirements
- Vyučenie v odbore kuchár a minimálne jeden rok praxe alebo minimálne tri roky relevantnej praxe bez výučného listu - Samostatný, štruktúrovaný spôsob práce a radosť z tímovej spolupráce - Nemčina minimálne na úrovni B1
