About the position
Demi chef saucier a Sonnenburg Hotels szállodákba Oberlech am Arlbergben a 2026/27-es téli szezonra. Belépés a hirdetés szerint azonnali; a pontos szezonkezdést egyeztetés alapján.
Tasks
Segítse a Saucier chef de partie-t, vegyen részt a mise en place és az árukigénylések felügyeletében. Biztosítsa a HACCP-higiéniát a poszton, vegyen részt új ételek fejlesztésében, támogassa a leltározást és képezze magát szakmailag.
Requirements
Befejezett szakácsképzés, valamint folyékony német és angol nyelvtudás. A chef saucier céljainak és feladatainak teljesítése, jó csapatmunka, tanulási hajlandóság és tudásátadás. Tiszteletteljes bánásmód a kollégákkal és szolgáltatókkal, fókusz a vendégek elégedettségén és a termékminőségen.
