About the position
Demi Chef Saucier la Hotelurile Sonnenburg din Oberlech am Arlberg pentru sezonul de iarnă 2026/27. Începerea conform anunțului este imediată; data concretă a începerii sezonului se stabilește de comun acord.
Tasks
Sprijinirea Chef de Partie la saucier, responsabilitate comună pentru mise en place și necesarul de produse. Asigurarea igienei HACCP la post, dezvoltarea de noi preparate împreună cu echipa, sprijinirea inventarelor și dezvoltarea profesională continuă.
Requirements
Formare profesională finalizată ca bucătar și cunoștințe fluente de germană și engleză. Îndeplinirea obiectivelor și sarcinilor de Chef Saucier, capacitate bună de lucru în echipă, dorință de a învăța și de a transmite cunoștințe. Tratament respectuos față de colegi și furnizori, orientare către satisfacția oaspeților și calitatea produselor. Entuziasm pentru ingrediente speciale de calitate superioară, precum și un mod de lucru economic, conștient de costuri.
