About the position
Μόνιμη θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης στον τομέα εστίασης του ARCOTEL AQ. Τα καθήκοντα περιλαμβάνουν πρωινό, σέρβις à la carte και μπαρ, καθώς και άλλα καθήκοντα F&B· χωρίς περιορισμό σε ένα μόνο χώρο.
Tasks
- Υποδοχή των επισκεπτών και ενθουσιασμός μέσω ενεργού πνεύματος πωλήσεων και εξαιρετικών τρόπων συμπεριφοράς - Πλήρης γνώση του συνόλου της προσφοράς φαγητών και ποτών - Διασφάλιση ότι οι επιθυμίες των επισκεπτών ικανοποιούνται στο υψηλότερο επίπεδο - Πρώτο σημείο επαφής για παράπονα και προβλήματα, διαχείρισή τους με προσανατολισμό στη λύση ή προώθησή τους στους προϊσταμένους - Ορθή ανάληψη των καθηκόντων mise en place στον ανατεθειμένο τομέα αρμοδιοτήτων - Υποστήριξη στην ενεργό φροντίδα και διεκπεραίωση κρατήσεων τραπεζιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εκδηλώσεων - Υποστήριξη και εκπαίδευση των μελών της ομάδας, τόσο πρακτικά όσο και στον τομέα ειδίκευσής τους - Συμβολή στη συνεχή βελτίωση των εργασιακών διαδικασιών για την αύξηση της αποτελεσματικότητας στον τομέα ευθύνης - Ευθύνη για τη σωστή καταχώριση στο σύστημα ταμείου F&B
Requirements
- Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ή/και επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση - Ενδιαφέρον για τη συνεχή ανάπτυξη του τομέα εξυπηρέτησης - Καλή γνώση Γερμανικών και Αγγλικών - Συμπαθητική και περιποιημένη εμφάνιση - Ευελιξία στην απασχόληση στο σέρβις πρωινού, στο à la carte σέρβις καθώς και στο μπαρ
