About the position
Loc de muncă cu normă întreagă, pe durată nedeterminată, în sectorul gastronomic al ARCOTEL AQ. Activitatea include micul dejun, serviciul à la carte și barul, precum și alte atribuții F&B; fără a fi limitată la un singur local.
Tasks
- Întâmpinarea oaspeților și entuziasmul prin spirit activ de vânzări și maniere impecabile - Cunoașterea aprofundată a întregii oferte de mâncăruri și băuturi - Asigurarea îndeplinirii dorințelor oaspeților la cel mai înalt nivel - Primul punct de contact pentru reclamații și probleme, soluționarea acestora orientată spre soluții sau transmiterea către superiori - Preluarea corespunzătoare a sarcinilor de mise en place în domeniul de responsabilitate atribuit - Sprijin în gestionarea activă și procesarea rezervărilor de mese, inclusiv evenimente - Sprijinirea și instruirea membrilor echipei, atât practic, cât și în domeniul lor de specialitate - Contribuția la îmbunătățirea continuă a proceselor de lucru pentru creșterea eficienței în aria de responsabilitate - Responsabilitatea pentru înregistrarea corectă în sistemul de casă F&B

- Studii finalizate și/sau experiență profesională într-o poziție similară - Interes pentru dezvoltarea continuă a zonei de servicii - Cunoștințe bune de germană și engleză - Aspect simpatic și îngrijit - Disponibilitate flexibilă în serviciul de mic dejun, serviciul á la carte, precum și la bar
