Tasks
- Doček gostiju i oduševljavanje aktivnim prodajnim duhom i izvrsnim ophođenjem - Sveobuhvatno poznavanje cjelokupne ponude jela i pića - Osiguravanje ispunjenja želja gostiju na najvišoj razini - Prva točka kontakta za pritužbe i probleme, rješavanje istih usmjereno na rješenja ili prosljeđivanje nadređenima - Pravilno preuzimanje zadataka mise en place u dodijeljenom području zadataka - Podrška pri aktivnoj brizi o rezervacijama stolova i njihovoj obradi, uključujući događanja - Podrška i obuka članova tima, kako praktično tako i u njihovom stručnom području - Doprinos kontinuiranom poboljšanju radnih procesa radi povećanja učinkovitosti u području odgovornosti - Odgovornost za ispravno knjiženje u F&B sustavu blagajne
