About the position
Frühstückskoch im Vier-Sterne-Superior-Hotel Panorama in Obertauern ab 18. November 2026 für Winter 2026/27; Sommerbeschäftigung ebenfalls ausgeschrieben.
Tasks
Frühstück eigenverantwortlich organisieren und zubereiten, Eierspeisen à la minute sowie wechselnde Specials kochen und über den Pass ausgeben. Frühstückskonzept mit eigenen Rezepten und saisonalen regionalen Produkten weiterentwickeln. Buffet präsentieren und nachbestücken, Mitarbeiteressen und weitere Küchenarbeiten unterstützen. Hygiene und Qualität sichern, Lebensmittel wirtschaftlich einsetzen und mit Küche und Service zusammenarbeiten.
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung und Erfahrung in gehobener Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, fünf Jahre genannt; mehrjährige Praxis in einem österreichischen Hotel ab vier Sternen oder Restaurant. Freude an frischen Produkten, Kreativität, Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturiertes Arbeiten. Organisationstalent auch zu Stoßzeiten, Teamgeist und Qualitätsbewusstsein. Deutsch C2, Englisch C1. Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich oder EU-Bürgerschaft.
