About the position
Raňajkový kuchár v štyrihviezdičkovom hoteli Superior Panorama v Obertauern od 18. novembra 2026 na zimnú sezónu 2026/27; letná sezóna je tiež vypísaná.
Tasks
Raňajky samostatne organizovať a pripravovať, vaječné jedlá à la minute a striedajúce sa špeciality variť a vydávať cez pass. Ďalej rozvíjať koncept raňajok s vlastnými receptami a sezónnymi regionálnymi produktmi. Prezentovať bufet a dopĺňať ho, podporovať stravovanie zamestnancov a ďalšie kuchynské práce. Zabezpečovať hygienu a kvalitu, hospodárne používať potraviny a spolupracovať s kuchyňou a servisom.
Requirements
Ukončené kuchárske vzdelanie a skúsenosti v higher hotelierstve alebo gastronómii, uvedených päť rokov; viacročná prax v rakúskom hoteli od štyroch hviezdičiek alebo v reštaurácii. Radosť z čerstvých produktov, kreativita, samostatnosť, spoľahlivosť a štruktúrovaná práca. Organizačný talent aj v čase špičky, tímový duch a zmysel pre kvalitu. Nemčina C2, angličtina C1. Pracovné povolenie potrebné alebo občianstvo EÚ.
