About the position
Breakfast szakács a négycsillagos superior Hotel Panoramában, Obertauernben, 2026. november 18-tól a 2026/27-es téli szezonra; nyári munkalehetőség szintén meghirdetve.
Tasks
A reggeli önálló megszervezése és elkészítése, tojásételek à la minute elkészítése, valamint változó specialitások főzése és kiadása a passzról. A reggeli koncepció továbbfejlesztése saját receptekkel és szezonális, regionális termékekkel. A büfé bemutatása és utántöltése, a munkavállalói étkezés és egyéb konyhai feladatok támogatása. A higiénia és a minőség biztosítása, az élelmiszerek gazdaságos felhasználása és együttműködés a konyhával és a szervizzel.
Requirements
Befejezett szakácsképzés és tapasztalat elit szállodában vagy gasztronómiában, öt év megnevezve; többéves gyakorlat osztrák négycsillagos vagy annál magasabb kategóriájú szállodában vagy étteremben. Öröm a friss alapanyagokban, kreativitás, önállóság, megbízhatóság és strukturált munkavégzés. Szervezőkészség csúcsidőben is, csapatszellem és minőségtudat. Német C2, angol C1. Munkavállalási engedély szükséges, vagy EU-állampolgárság.
