Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης στην κουζίνα πρωινού στο Bad Aussee, άμεσα διαθέσιμη. Σταθερή 5ήμερη εβδομάδα εργασίας με 45 ώρες την εβδομάδα.
Tasks
Στήσιμο μπουφέ πρωινού· προετοιμασία πιατέλας τυριών, ψωμακιών, φρουτοσαλάτας και μούσλι. Επίβλεψη του σταθμού αυγών και φρέσκια παρασκευή ζεστών πιάτων αυγών κατά την επιθυμία των επισκεπτών. Κόψιμο ειδικοτήτων λουκάνικου και ζαμπόν στο αριστερά. Επικοινωνία με τους επισκέπτες, διασφάλιση ποιότητας φαγητού και προϊόντων, συνεργασία στην ομάδα κουζίνας καθώς και διατμηματικά και τήρηση προτύπων HACCP.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη μαθητεία μαγειρικής ή σχολή ξενοδοχειακών/τουριστικών επαγγελμάτων· εμπειρία σε συγκρίσιμες επιχειρήσεις εστιατορίων ή ξενοδοχείων υψηλής κατηγορίας. Δομημένος τρόπος εργασίας, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ενδιαφέρον για όλη τη γραμμή κουζίνας, γνώσεις για υγιεινή διατροφή καθώς και για χορτοφαγικά και vegan πιάτα. Αίσθηση ποιότητας για βιολογικά προϊόντα, ομαδικό πνεύμα και αξιοπιστία. Επαγγελματική γνώση γερμανικών (HOGAST: B1), προσανατολισμένη στον επισκέπτη και στην επιχείρηση δράση και ενδιαφέρον για περαιτέρω εξέλιξη.
