About the position
Egész éves állás a reggelizőkonyhában Bad Ausseeben, azonnali kezdéssel. Szabályos 5 napos munkahét, heti 45 órával.
Tasks
Reggeli büfé felépítése; sajtválogatások, zsemlék, gyümölcssaláták és müzli előkészítése. Tojásállomás felügyelete és meleg tojásételek friss elkészítése a vendégek kívánsága szerint. Hentes- és sonkakülönlegességek szeletelése a pultnál. Kommunikáció a vendégekkel, az ételek és áruk minőségének biztosítása, együttműködés a konyhai csapatban és a részlegek között, valamint a HACCP-szabványok betartása.
Requirements
Szakmunkás végzettség szakácsként vagy hotel-/turisztikai iskolai végzettség; tapasztalat hasonló színvonalú éttermekben vagy szállodákban. Strukturált munkamódszer, kommunikációs készség, érdeklődés a teljes konyhai munkafolyamat iránt, ismeretek az egészséges táplálkozásról, valamint a vegetáriánus és vegán ételekről. Minőségtudatosság a biotermékek iránt, csapatszellem és megbízhatóság. Szakmai szintű némettudás (HOGAST: B1), vendég- és üzletorientált munkavégzés, valamint fejlődési hajlandóság.
