About the position
Celoročná pozícia v kuchyni na raňajky v Bad Aussee, od teraz. Pravidelný 5-dňový pracovný týždeň so 45 hodinami za týždeň.
Tasks
Pripraviť raňajkový bufet; pripraviť syrové platne, žemle, ovocné šaláty a müsli. Obsluhovať vaječnú stanicu a čerstvo pripravovať teplé vaječné jedlá podľa želania hostí. Nakrájať špeciality z klobás a šunky na pulte. Komunikovať s hosťami, zabezpečiť kvalitu jedál a tovaru, spolupracovať v kuchynskom tíme aj medzi oddeleniami a dodržiavať normy HACCP.
Requirements
Ukončené vyučenie za kuchára alebo hotelová/ turistická škola; skúsenosti v porovnateľných vyšších reštauračných alebo hotelových prevádzkach. Štruktúrovaný spôsob práce, komunikačné schopnosti, záujem o celú kuchynskú líniu, znalosti o zdravej výžive ako aj o vegetariánskych a vegánskych jedlách. Zmysel pre kvalitu bioproduktov, tímový duch a spoľahlivosť. Odborné znalosti nemčiny (HOGAST: B1), konanie orientované na hostí a prevádzku a záujem o ďalší rozvoj.
