About the position
Ο Πύργος του Δούναβη στη Βιέννη προσφέρει τριετή δυαδική μαθητεία μαγειρικής πλήρους απασχόλησης. Tasks
Στην κουζίνα παραγωγής, πύργου και εκδηλώσεων, μάθετε την επεξεργασία τροφίμων και διάφορες μεθόδους παρασκευής. Επεξεργαστείτε τοπικά προϊόντα στην εκλεκτή κουζίνα à la carte, σχεδιάστε μενού και ολοκληρώστε τα πιάτα εγκαίρως. Requirements
Ολοκλήρωση της υποχρεωτικής εκπαίδευσης, αγάπη για το μαγείρεμα και ενδιαφέρον για τα τρόφιμα. Επιδεξιότητα, χειρωνακτική ικανότητα καθώς και καλή αίσθηση γεύσης και όσφρησης. Αίσθημα ευθύνης, αυτόνομη και προσεκτική εργασία, οργανωτική ικανότητα και σωματική αντοχή. Αίσθηση καθαριότητας, υγιεινής, ομαδικότητας και διάθεση για μάθηση.
