About the position
Donauturm Wien nudi trogodišnje dualno kuharsko obrazovanje na puno radno vrijeme. Obrazovanje obuhvaća rad u poduzeću i strukovnu školu te završava završnim ispitom. Uključuje i rad u vrhunskoj kuhinji restorana u tornju.
Tasks
U proizvodnoj, hotelskoj i event kuhinji naučiti obradu namirnica i različite načine pripreme. Prerađivati regionalne proizvode u vrhunskoj à-la-carte kuhinji, planirati jelovnike i pravovremeno dovršavati jela. Upoznati pripremu, stručno skladištenje, kvalitetu, ekonomičnost i higijenu u kuhinji te ih primjenjivati u timu.
Requirements
Završena osnovna škola, ljubav prema kuhanju i interes za hranu. Spretnost, umijeće u ručnom radu te dobar osjećaj za okus i miris. Odgovornost, samostalan i pažljiv način rada, organizacijske sposobnosti i tjelesna izdržljivost. Smisao za čistoću, higijenu, timski rad i učenje.
