About the position
Turnul Donau din Viena oferă o ucenicie duală de bucătar pe o perioadă de trei ani, cu normă întreagă. Formarea cuprinde activitatea în unitate și școala profesională și se încheie cu examenul de absolvire a uceniciei. Aceasta include și stagii în bucătăria de nivel înalt a restaurantului din turn.
Tasks
În bucătăria de producție, turn și evenimente, învață procesarea alimentelor și diferite moduri de preparare. Prelucrează produse regionale în bucătăria à la carte de calitate superioară, planifică meniuri și finalizează preparatele la timp. Învață pregătirea, depozitarea corespunzătoare, calitatea, eficiența economică și igiena în bucătărie și pune-le în practică în echipă.
Requirements
Școală obligatorie absolvită, plăcere de a găti și interes pentru alimente. Îndemânare, abilități practice, precum și simțul gustului și al mirosului bine dezvoltate. Conștiinciozitate, mod de lucru independent și riguros, talent organizatoric și rezistență fizică. Simț al curățeniei, igienă, lucru în echă și dorință de a învăța.
