Requirements
Επαγγελματική εμπειρία: Πολυετής και εδραιωμένη εμπειρία στο visual merchandising, ιδανικά σε διευθυντική θέση στον τομέα του premium λιανεμπορίου. Δημιουργικότητα: Υψηλός βαθμός στυλιστικής βεβαιότητας, αίσθηση τάσεων, καινοτομία και εκπαιδευμένο μάτι για σχήματα και χρώματα, καθώς και για μόδα και τάσεις. Εμπορική γνώση: Έντονη κατανόηση δεικτών (KPIs), στατιστικών πωλήσεων και πελατοκεντρικής τοποθέτησης εμπορευμάτων για ενεργό προώθηση πωλήσεων. Ηγετικές ικανότητες: Εμπειρία στην επαγγελματική και διοικητική καθοδήγηση, παρακίνηση και ανάπτυξη μιας δημιουργικής ομάδας. Οργανωτικό ταλέντο: Δομημένος, αυτόνομος τρόπος εργασίας καθώς και έντονη ικανότητα διαχείρισης έργων και χρόνου. Επικοινωνία: Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα επιβολής στα σημεία επαφής με τη διοίκηση καταστήματος, το τμήμα αγορών και το μάρκετινγκ.
