Tasks
Podržavati kuhinjski tim u svim područjima, samostalno i kreativno obrađivati proizvode, primati i kontrolirati robu te se pridržavati HACCP higijenskih propisa.
Requirements
Prvo iskustvo na istovjetnom radnom mjestu; godina radnog iskustva prema oglasu. Samostalan rad u malom timu, kreativnost, stručno znanje, timski duh i pregled situacije čak i u užurbanim uvjetima. Njemački B2; potrebna radna dozvola ili državljanstvo EU-a. Službena uloga zahtijeva završeno obrazovanje u hotelijerstvu ili gastronomiji, vrlo dobro poznavanje namirnica i spremnost na učenje. Tamo se navodi vrlo dobro znanje njemačkog i/ili engleskog jezika; HOGAST navodi njemački B2. Uskladiti mogućnosti jezičnog angažmana.
