Tasks
Podporovať kuchynský tím vo všetkých oblastiach, samostatne a kreatívne spracúvať produkty, preberať a kontrolovať tovar a dodržiavať hygienické predpisy HACCP.
Requirements
Prvá skúsenosť na rovnocennej pozícii; jeden rok praxe podľa inzerátu. Samostatná práca v malom tíme, kreativita, odborné znalosti, tímový duch a prehľad aj v hektických situáciách. Nemčina B2; potrebné pracovné povolenie alebo občianstvo EÚ. Oficiálna pozícia vyžaduje ukončené vzdelanie v hotelierstve alebo gastronómii, veľmi dobré znalosti potravín a ochotu učiť sa. Tam sú uvedené veľmi dobré znalosti nemčiny a/alebo angličtiny; HOGAST uvádza nemčinu B2. Zladiť jazykové možnosti nasadenia.
