Patisserie munkatárs az obertauerni Das Seekarhaus ötcsillagos szállodába. Téli szezon 2026. november 20-tól április végéig; határozott idejű, teljes munkaidős állás. A hivatalos karrieroldal Demi Chef de Patisserie pozícióként jelöli meg.
Tasks
A konyhacsapat támogatása minden területen, a termékek önálló és kreatív feldolgozása, az áru átvétele és ellenőrzése, valamint a HACCP higiéniai előírások betartása.
Requirements
Első tapasztalat egyenértékű pozícióban; egy év szakmai tapasztalat a hirdetés szerint. Önálló munkavégzés kis csapatban, kreativitás, szakértelem, csapatszellem és áttekintőképesség hektikus helyzetekben is. Német B2; munkavállalási engedély szükséges vagy EU-állampolgárság. A hivatalos pozíció befejezett szakképzettséget ír elő szállodai vagy vendéglátóipari területen, nagyon jó élelmiszerismeretet és tanulási hajlandóságot. Ott nagyon jó német és/vagy angol nyelvtudás szerepel; a HOGAST német B2-t említ. A nyelvi felhasználási lehetőségeket egyeztetni kell.
