Tasks
- Usluga za goste i recepcija: Srdačan doček, obavljanje prijave/odjave, evidencija gostiju. - Briga o gostima: Središnja točka za pitanja, želje i zahtjeve domaćih i međunarodnih gostiju. - Gastronomija: Briga o gostima i posluživanje u restoranu i na buffet području te priprema i posluživanje pića i malih jela u hotelskom kafiću. - Podrška seminarima: Priprema, posluživanje i briga o seminarskim grupama. - Međuodjelna suradnja: Veza između recepcije i servisa radi osiguranja optimalnog tijeka poslovanja.
Requirements
- Kvalifikacija: Završeno hotelijersko obrazovanje ili završena srednja/viša strukovna škola (HLW, HAK, HAS). - Iskustvo: Praksa u područjima recepcije i servisa je prednost – motivirani kandidati bez prethodnog iskustva su dobrodošli. - IT vještine: Sigurno služenje MS Officeom/Google Workspaceom i spremnost na uvježbavanje u hotelskim sustavima. - Jezici: Njemački i engleski na visokoj razini za svakodnevnu komunikaciju s gostima. - Osobnost: Sposobnost rada u timu, usmjerenost na rješenja, pouzdanost i fleksibilnost pri izmjeni zadataka.
