About the position
Munkatárs recepcióra és szervizbe (m/w/d) a JUFA Hotel Hochrindlban a 2026/2027-es téli szezonra. Szezonális állás 2026.11.23-tól. Teljes vagy részmunkaidő.
Tasks
- Vendégszolgálat és recepció: Szívélyes fogadtatás, check-in/check-out lebonyolítása, vendégbejelentési kötelezettség. - Vendéggondozás: Központi kapcsolattartási pont hazai és nemzetközi vendégek kérdései, kérései és ügyei számára. - Gasztronómia: A vendégek gondozása és kiszolgálása az éttermi és büféterületen, valamint italok és kisebb ételek elkészítése és felszolgálása a hotelkávézóban. - Szemináriumi támogatás: Szemináriumi csoportok előkészítése, ellátása és gondozása. - Részlegek közötti együttműködés: A recepció és a szolgálat közötti kapcsolattartás az optimális üzemmenet biztosítása érdekében.
Requirements
- Képesítés: Befejezett szállodaipari szakképzés vagy közép-/felsőfokú szakiskolai végzettség (HLW, HAK, HAS). - Tapasztalat: Szállodai recepciós és szolgáltatói gyakorlat előnyt jelent – motivált pályakezdőket és pályamódosítókat is szeretettel várunk. - IT-ismeretek: Magabiztos MS Office/Google Workspace használat és hajlandóság a szállodai rendszerekbe való beletanulásra. - Nyelvek: Magas szintű német- és angolnyelv-tudás a napi vendégkommunikációhoz. - Személyiség: Csapatmunka, problémamegoldó szemlélet, megbízhatóság és rugalmasság a változó feladatokban.
