About the position
Pracovník/pracovníčka recepcie a servisu (m/ž) v JUFA Hotel Hochrindl pre zimnú sezónu 2026/2027. Sezónne miesto od 23.11.2026. Plný alebo čiastočný úväzok.
Tasks
- Služby pre hostí a recepcia: Srdečné privítanie, vykonávanie check-in/check-out, evidencia hlásenia hostí. - Starostlivosť o hostí: Centrálne miesto pre otázky, želania a požiadavky domácich i medzinárodných hostí. - Gastronómia: Starostlivosť a obsluha hostí v reštauračnej a bufetovej časti, ako aj príprava a servírovanie nápojov a malých jedál v hotelovej kaviarni. - Podpora seminárov: Príprava, občerstvenie a starostlivosť o seminárne skupiny. - Medziodborová spolupráca: Spojovací článok medzi recepciou a servisom na zabezpečenie optimálneho chodu prevádzky.
Requirements
- Kvalifikácia: Ukončené hotelové vzdelanie alebo ukončenie strednej/vyššej odbornej školy (HLW, HAK, HAS). - Skúsenosti: Prax v oblasti recepcie, servisu výhodou – motivovaní záujemcovia bez praxe sú srdečne vítaní. - IT znalosti: Sebavedomá práca s MS Office/Google Workspace a ochota zaškoliť sa v hotelových systémoch. - Jazyky: Nemecký a anglický jazyk na vysokej úrovni pre každodennú komunikáciu s hosťami. - Osobnosť: Schopnosť pracovať v tíme, orientácia na riešenia, spoľahlivosť a flexibilita pri meniacich sa úlohách.
