Tasks
Παρασκευή και παρουσίαση επιδορπίων, τούρτων και γλυκών ζαχαροπλαστικής για πλήρη διατροφή, πρωινό και απογευματινό κολατσιό. Παρασκευή παγωτού, σορμπέ και πραλινών, ανάπτυξη νέων επιδορπίων, διαμόρφωση μπουφέ και πιάτων. Οργάνωση του τομέα ζαχαροπλαστικής, προσεκτική χρήση ποιοτικών τοπικών προϊόντων, διασφάλιση υγιεινής και ποιότητας και συνεργασία με τη διεύθυνση κουζίνας και την ομάδα. Συνοδεία βραδιών γκαλά και θεματικών βραδιών καθώς και εκδηλώσεων.
Requirements
Εκπαίδευση ως ζαχαροπλάστης, ζαχαροπλάστης ή παρόμοια προσόντα. Εμπεριστατωμένες γνώσεις του αντικειμένου και των προϊόντων, τριετής επαγγελματική εμπειρία. Εμπειρία στη διοίκηση ομάδας επιθυμητή σύμφωνα με το κείμενο, στα μεταδεδομένα αναφέρεται με δύο έτη. Δημιουργικότητα, αυτονομία, οργανωτικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα, αντοχή στην πίεση καθώς και ικανότητες ηγεσίας και επικοινωνίας. Εργασία με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, καθαρή και οικονομική. Γερμανικά C2· προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
