About the position
Szezonális teljes munkaidős állás a Lürzerhof cukrászdájában 2026. december 1-jétől. A hirdetés nyári és téli szezont említ; az általános karrieroldal emellett hosszú távú perspektívákat kínál az egész éves üzemeltetésben.
Tasks
Desszertek, sütemények és tésztás ételek készítése és tálalása teljes ellátáshoz, reggelihez és délutáni uzsonnához. Fagylaltok, sörbetek és pralinék elkészítése, új desszertek fejlesztése, büfék és tányérok díszítése. A pâtisserie részleg megszervezése, kiváló minőségű regionális termékek gondos felhasználása, a higiénia és a minőség biztosítása, valamint együttműködés a konyhavezetéssel és a csapattal. Gála- és tematikus esték, valamint rendezvények kísérése.
Requirements
Cukrász, cukrászmester vagy hasonló képesítés. Alapos szakmai és termékismeret, három év szakmai tapasztalat. A szövegben szereplő vezetői tapasztalat előny, a metaadatokban két év szerepel. Kreativitás, önállóság, strukturáltság, csapatszellem, terhelhetőség, valamint vezetői és kommunikációs készség. Részletekre figyelő, precíz és gazdaságos munkavégzés. Német C2; EU-s állampolgár előnyben.
