Sezónna pozícia na plný úväzok v cukrárni Lürzerhof od 1. decembra 2026. Inzerát uvádza letnú a zimnú sezónu; všeobecná kariérna stránka navyše ponúka dlhodobé perspektívy v celoročnej prevádzke.
Tasks
Pripravovať a prezentovať dezerty, koláče a múčne jedlá pre plnú penziu, raňajky a popoludňajšiu desiatu. Pripravovať zmrzlinu, sorbety a pralinky, vyvíjať nové dezerty, aranžovať bufety a jedlá na tanieroch. Organizovať oblasť cukrárne, starostlivo využívať kvalitné regionálne produkty, zabezpečovať hygienu a kvalitu a spolupracovať s vedením kuchyne a tímom. Sprevádzať galavečery, tematické večery a podujatia.
Requirements
Vzdelanie v odbore cukrár, cukrársky majster alebo porovnateľná kvalifikácia. Hlboké odborné a produktové znalosti, tri roky praxe. Vedúce skúsenosti sú v texte výhodou, v metadátach uvedené dva roky. Kreativita, samostatnosť, štruktúrovanosť, tímový duch, odolnosť voči stresu, ako aj silné vodcovské a komunikačné schopnosti. Detailne orientovaný, čistý a ekonomický spôsob práce. Nemčina C2; uprednostňovaní občania EÚ.
