About the position

Tasks
Ανάπτυξη διαχείρισης ποιότητας και αναφορών, βελτίωση διαδικασιών και καθοδήγηση έργων. Έλεγχος προτύπων στην καθημερινή λειτουργία, προσδιορισμός αναγκών εκπαίδευσης, προσέλκυση και ένταξη εποχιακού προσωπικού, καθώς και συνοδεία αποχωρήσεων και κλιμακώσεων. Μετά την ένταξη, υποστήριξη στον προγραμματισμό βαρδιών και αδειών· οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων ομάδας και επισκέψεων στις εγκαταστάσεις. Προαιρετικά μπορεί να προστεθεί μάρκετινγκ.
Requirements
Απολυτήριο λυκείου ή ανώτερος τίτλος σπουδών· σχετικές σπουδές αποτελούν πλεονέκτημα. Πολύ καλή γνώση γερμανικών και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών με ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης, σίγουρη χρήση Excel και Word, αριθμητική αντίληψη και αναλυτική ικανότητα. Εμπειρία στη διοίκηση ομάδας, ενσυναίσθηση, ακεραιότητα, διακριτικότητα και αυτονομία· βασικές γνώσεις εργατικού δικαίου αποτελούν πλεονέκτημα ή διάθεση για απόκτησή τους.
