About the position
Unbefristete Vollzeitstelle mit 40 Wochenstunden für die Sport-Nenner-Standorte in Hintertux. Einstieg laut Einleitung ab sofort; daneben nennt die Seite Juli oder September ohne Jahresangabe. Eintrittstermin nach Vereinbarung klären.
Tasks
Qualitätsmanagement und Reporting aufbauen, Prozesse verbessern und Projekte steuern. Standards im Tagesgeschäft kontrollieren, Schulungsbedarf ermitteln, Saisonpersonal gewinnen und einarbeiten sowie Austritte und Eskalationen begleiten. Nach Einarbeitung Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung unterstützen; Teamveranstaltungen und Standortbesuche organisieren. Marketing kann optional hinzukommen.
Requirements
Matura oder höherer Abschluss; passendes Studium von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Word, Zahlenverständnis und Analysefähigkeit. Führungserfahrung, Empathie, Integrität, Diskretion und Selbstständigkeit; arbeitsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil beziehungsweise Bereitschaft, diese aufzubauen.
