About the position
Το Hotel Theresia αναζητά από τις 14 Δεκεμβρίου 2026 διεύθυνση εστιατορίου για τη χειμερινή σεζόν 2026/27. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου· η επιχείρηση λειτουργεί, σύμφωνα με την πύλη, τόσο τη θερινή όσο και τη χειμερινή σεζόν.
Tasks
Καθοδήγηση, εκπαίδευση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας σέρβις, οργάνωση καθηκόντων και κατανομής τραπεζιών. Φροντίδα των επισκεπτών, διαχείριση παραπόνων και ενεργή συμμετοχή στο σέρβις. Συνεργασία με τον συντονισμό σέρβις, τη διοίκηση και την κουζίνα, διασφάλιση της υγιεινής και της καθαριότητας καθώς και έλεγχος του mise en place και των προτάσεων ποτών και κρασιών.
Requirements
Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση και ιδανικά πρώτη εμπειρία στη διοίκηση ομάδας. Αυτευθύνη, ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων, σαφείς προτεραιότητες και ψυχραιμία σε καταστάσεις υψηλής έντασης εργασίας. Ενσυναίσθηση, επαγγελματική παρουσία, επικοινωνία, ομαδικό πνεύμα και δημιουργικότητα. Γερμανικά και αγγλικά C1.
