About the position
Hotelul Theresia caută din 14 decembrie 2026 un manager de restaurant pentru sezonul de iarnă 2026/27. Post cu normă întreagă pe durată determinată; portalul prezintă unitatea pentru sezonul de vară și de iarnă.
Tasks
Conducerea, instruirea și motivarea echipei de servire, organizarea sarcinilor și a planurilor de mese. Relaționarea cu oaspeții, soluționarea reclamațiilor și implicarea activă în servire. Colaborarea cu coordonatorul de servire, conducerea unității și bucătăria, asigurarea igienei și a curățeniei, precum și verificarea mise en place-ului și a recomandărilor de băuturi și vinuri.
Requirements
Experiență în service și, ideal, primele experiențe de conducere. Asumarea responsabilității, capacitate de decizie, priorități clare și calm în situații cu volum mare de muncă. Empatie, atitudine profesională, comunicare, spirit de echipă și creativitate. Germană și engleză nivel C1.
