About the position
Hotel Theresia hľadá od 14. decembra 2026 vedúceho reštaurácie pre zimnú sezónu 2026/27. Pracovný pomer na dobu určitú na plný úväzok; portál uvádza prevádzku pre letnú aj zimnú sezónu.
Tasks
Viesť, školiť a motivovať servisný tím, organizovať úlohy a rozpis stolov. Starať sa o hostí, riešiť sťažnosti a aktívne sa zapájať do servisu. Spolupracovať s koordináciou servisu, vedením podniku a kuchyňou, zabezpečovať hygienu a čistotu, kontrolovať mise en place a odporúčania nápojov a vín.
Requirements
Skúsenosti v oblasti služieb a ideálne prvé skúsenosti s vedením. Samostatnosť, schopnosť rozhodovať sa, jasné priority a pokoj v pracovne náročných situáciách. Empatia, profesionálne vystupovanie, komunikácia, tímový duch a kreativita. Nemčina a angličtina na úrovni C1.
