Prva kontaktna osoba za naše goste Prijava i odjava gostiju uz pratnju do sobe Vođenje vlastite smjene Jutarnja ili popodnevna smjena s odgovornošću Upravljanje blagajnom (zaključivanje blagajne, obrada računa itd.) Aktivna prodaja hotelskih ponuda ili proizvoda Osiguravanje nesmetanog tijeka rada unutar recepcijskog tima i s drugim odjelima Primanje i obrada rezervacija Izrada tiskanih materijala (dnevni jelovnici, novine za goste itd.) Organizacija i pomoć pri događanjima Življenje i poštivanje filozofije poduzeća
Requirements
Poželjno uspješno završeno obrazovanje za hotelijersko-ugostiteljskog asistenta/icu ili uspješno završena hotelijerska/turistička škola Radno iskustvo u usporedivim restoranima ili hotelima više kategorije Komunikativna, kreativna i otvorena osobnost Prirodna ljubaznost Radost u radu s ljudima Entuzijazam i interes za zanimanje Pouzdanost Samostalno i odgovorno djelovanje Radost u timskom radu Siguran i njegovan nastup Izvrsno poznavanje njemačkog jezika i ispravan pravopis Vrlo dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika Usmjerenost na goste i poslovanje u razmišljanju i djelovanju Interes za dugoročne mogućnosti usavršavanja i napredovanja u poduzeću Dvije godine radnog iskustva i vozačka dozvola B prema profilu na portalu.
