Tasks
Principalul punct de contact pentru oaspeții noștri Check-in și check-out pentru oaspeții noștri cu serviciu de escortă la cameră Gestionarea unui serviciu propriu în ture Tura de dimineață sau de seară cu responsabilitate Administrarea casei de marcat (închiderea de casă, decontarea bonurilor etc.) Vânzare activă a ofertelor sau produselor proprii hotelului Asigurarea unui flux fără probleme în cadrul echipei de recepție și cu celelalte departamente Preluarea și procesarea rezervărilor Crearea materialelor tipărite (meniuri zilnice, ziarul oaspeților etc.) Organizarea și sprijinirea evenimentelor Aplicarea și respectarea filosofiei companiei
Requirements
De preferință, o formare profesională finalizată cu succes ca asistent hotelier și în gastronomie sau o școală hotelieră/școală de turism finalizată cu succes Experiență profesională în restaurante sau hoteluri comparabile de categorie superioară Fire comunicativă, creativă și deschisă Amabilitate naturală Plăcerea de a lucra cu oamenii Entuziasm și interes pentru profesie Fiabilitate Acțiune independentă și responsabilă Plăcerea de a lucra în echipă Aspect sigur și îngrijit Cunoștințe excelente de germană și ortografie corectă Cunoștințe foarte bune de engleză Gândire și acțiune orientate către oaspeți și către activitatea operațională Interes pentru oportunități de perfecționare și promovare pe termen lung în cadrul companiei Doi ani de experiență profesională și permis de conducere categoria B conform profilului de pe portal. Profil lingvistic germană B2, engleză B1; textul liber solicită germană excelentă cu ortografie corectă și engleză foarte bună.
