Gäste von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Ankunft beraten und betreuen; Zahlungen, Reservierungen und Stornierungen bearbeiten.
Requirements
Berufsausbildung oder Fachschulabschluss sowie Rezeptionserfahrung von Vorteil; alternativ allgemeine Hotellerieerfahrung. Quer- und Wiedereinsteiger willkommen. Portal nennt zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung. Perfektes Deutsch und ausgezeichnetes Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Portal DE C2, EN B2). Sehr gute Excel-/Word- und gute ReGuest-Kenntnisse, Hotelsoftware und hotelbezogene Onlineprogramme. Dienstleistungsorientierung, strukturiertes und genaues Arbeiten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Loyalität und Einsatzbereitschaft. EU-Arbeitsberechtigung bevorzugt.
