Tasks
Συμβουλευτική και φροντίδα επισκεπτών από το πρώτο αίτημα έως την άφιξή τους· διαχείριση πληρωμών, κρατήσεων και ακυρώσεων.
Requirements
Επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση ή απολυτήριο τεχνικής σχολής καθώς και εμπειρία στη ρεσεψιόν θεωρούνται πλεονέκτημα· εναλλακτικά γενική εμπειρία στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο. Καλώς ορίζονται άτομα από άλλους κλάδους και όσοι επιστρέφουν στην εργασία. Η πλατφόρμα αναφέρει δύο χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας. Άριστα Γερμανικά και εξαιρετικά Αγγλικά σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο (πλατφόρμα DE C2, EN B2). Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel/Word και καλή γνώση ReGuest, λογισμικού ξενοδοχείων και διαδικτυακών προγραμμάτων σχετικών με ξενοδοχεία. Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση, δομημένη και ακριβής εργασία, αίσθημα ευθύνης, αξιοπιστία, ευελιξία, αφοσίωση και προθυμία για εργασία. Προτιμάται άδεια εργασίας στην ΕΕ.
