Recepčný (m/ž) vo wellness rezorte Vier Jahreszeiten v Maurachu na Achensee. Celoročná ponuka. Zmluva na dobu určitú. Nástup: 2026-10-01.
Tasks
Poradenstvo a starostlivosť o hostí od prvej požiadavky až po príchod; spracovanie platieb, rezervácií a stornovaní.
Requirements
Odborné vzdelanie alebo ukončené odborné školstvo, ako aj skúsenosti na recepcii sú výhodou; alternatívne všeobecné skúsenosti v hotelierstve. Vítaní sú aj záujemcovia z iných odborov a osoby vracajúce sa do praxe. Portál uvádza dva roky praxe. Perfektná nemčina a výborná angličtina v ústnej aj písomnej forme (portál DE C2, EN B2). Veľmi dobrá znalosť Excelu/Word a dobrá znalosť ReGuest, hotelového softvéru a hotelových online programov. Orientácia na služby, štruktúrovaná a presná práca, zodpovednosť, spoľahlivosť, flexibilita, lojalita a ochota nasadiť sa. Výhodou je pracovné povolenie v EÚ.
