About the position
Recepciós a Panorama Hotelben Obertauernben 2026 őszétől. Szezonális vagy egész éves állást kínálnak; a hirdetés határozatlan idejű szerződést említ. Fő feladatok: foglalások, közösségi média és vendégkapcsolatok.
Tasks
Vendégek fogadása és gondozása, check-in és check-out lebonyolítása, szobakártyák és liftbérletek készítése. Telefonos és e-mail levelezés, concierge feladatok és rendezvénylisták kezelése. Vendégek kísérése a szállodán keresztül a szobáig, üdvözlőitalok elkészítése, étlapok és reggeli posta összeállítása. Vendégkívánságok és PMS-adatok kezelése, együttműködés más osztályokkal, valamint Facebook- és Instagram-bejegyzések készítése.
Requirements
Befejezett szállodai szakképzés és recepciós tapasztalat; két év említve, a szöveg többéves tapasztalatot ír elő osztrák négycsillagos vagy annál magasabb kategóriájú szállodában. Német anyanyelvi szinten, angol C2, további nyelvek előnyt jelentenek. Magabiztos fellépés, jó modor, önmotiváció, pontosság, felelősségtudat és megbízhatóság. Nagyon jó Word-ismeretek, alapvető PowerPoint-, Excel- és Elite-ismeretek. Saját autó szükséges. EU-állampolgárok előnyben.
