About the position

Tasks
Întâmpinarea și îngrijirea oaspeților, efectuarea check-in-ului și check-out-ului, crearea cardurilor de cameră și a abonamentelor de lift. Corespondență telefonică și prin e-mail, sarcini de concierge și prelucrarea listelor de evenimente. Însoțirea oaspeților prin hotel și la cameră, prepararea băuturilor de bun venit, crearea meniurilor și a poștei de dimineață. Gestionarea dorințelor oaspeților și a datelor PMS, colaborarea cu alte departamente, precum și crearea de postări pe Facebook și Instagram.
Requirements
Formare hotelieră finalizată și experiență la recepție; se menționează doi ani, textul solicită experiență de mai mulți ani în hoteluri austriece de patru stele și peste. Germană la nivel de limbă maternă, engleză C2, alte limbi sunt binevenite. Prezență sigură, bune maniere, automotivare, punctualitate, spirit de responsabilitate și fiabilitate. Cunoștințe foarte bune de Word, cunoștințe de bază de PowerPoint, Excel și Elite. Este necesară mașină proprie. Se preferă cetățenii UE.
