About the position
Recepčný/Recepčná v hoteli Panorama v Obertauern od jesene 2026. Ponúkané sezónne alebo celoročné miesto; inzerát uvádza zmluvu na dobu neurčitú. Ťažisko: rezervácie, sociálne médiá a starostlivosť o hostí.
Tasks
Prijímať a starať sa o hostí, vykonávať check-in a check-out, vytvárať izbové karty a skipasy. Telefónna a e-mailová korešpondencia, concierge úlohy a spracovanie zoznamov podujatí. Sprevádzať hostí hotelom a na izbu, pripravovať uvítacie nápoje, vytvárať jedálne lístky a rannú poštu. Viesť želania hostí a údaje v PMS, spolupracovať s ostatnými oddeleniami a vytvárať príspevky na Facebooku a Instagrame.
Requirements
Ukončené hotelové vzdelanie a prax na recepcii; uvádzajú sa dva roky, text však vyžaduje viacročné skúsenosti v rakúskom hotelierstve od štyroch hviezdičiek. Nemčina na úrovni rodného jazyka, angličtina C2, ďalšie jazyky vítané. Sebavedomé vystupovanie, dobré spoločenské správanie, samostatnosť, dochvíľnosť, zodpovednosť a spoľahlivosť. Veľmi dobrá znalosť programu Word, základná znalosť PowerPointu, Excelu a Elite. Vlastné auto nevyhnutné. Uprednostňovaní občania EÚ.
