About the position
Recepčný/á (m/ž) v JUFA Hotel Spital am Pyhrn. Celoročný pracovný pomer. Plný alebo čiastočný úväzok. Nástup podľa hlavičky od polovice októbra, podľa podrobného textu ihneď; termín dohodnite s hotelom. Čiastočný úväzok od 20 hodín týždenne.
Tasks
- Prijímať hostí, vykonávať check-in/check-out a poskytovať poradenstvo pri výletoch - Spracúvať rezervácie, doplnkový predaj a reklamácie - Obsluhovať telefón, spravovať údaje a organizáciu - Vykonávať vyúčtovania a platby - Podľa potreby podporovať ostatné oddelenia
Requirements
- Vzdelanie v oblasti hotelierstva alebo administratívy alebo motivovaný vstup do praxe/zmena profesie - Spoľahlivá práca s MS Office alebo Google Workspace - Znalosť odvetvia a regiónu vítaná - Veľmi dobrá znalosť nemeckého a anglického jazyka - Priateľské, upravené vystupovanie, organizačný talent, diskrétnosť a schopnosť pracovať v tíme
