About the position
Sommelier & Head of Hospitality (všetky pohlavia) (m/ž/d) v ALPHAtauern health resort v Obertauern. Zimná sezóna 2026/27. Zmluva na dobu určitú. Nástup podľa inzerátu: ihneď.
Tasks
Starať sa o hostí; zodpovedať za záležitosti vína a nápojov; zabezpečovať kvalitu obsluhy, techniky servírovania, znalosť nápojov a bufetov; zaobchádzať s potravinami s rešpektom; kontrolovať čistotu a hygienu; odborne pripravovať nápoje; úzko spolupracovať s vedením podniku.
Requirements
Zodpovedajúce vzdelanie v oblasti vyššieho hotelierstva/gastronómie a/alebo odborná prax. Portál uvádza tri roky odbornej praxe a jeden rok vedúcej praxe. Sebavedomé, upravené vystupovanie, pozitívne vyžarovanie, angažovanosť, motivácia, flexibilita, odolnosť voči stresu, zdvorilosť, tímovosť, hands-on mentalita a zodpovednosť. Plynulá nemčina, angličtina na úrovni konverzácie; úrovne portálu DE C2 a EN A2 sa v prípade angličtiny odchyľujú od plynulého textu. Uprednostňuje sa pracovné povolenie v EÚ.
