About the position
Sommelier & Head of Hospitality (all genders) (m/w/d) bei ALPHAtauern health resort in Obertauern. Wintersaison 2026/27. Befristeter Vertrag. Eintritt laut Anzeige: ab sofort.
Tasks
Gäste betreuen; Wein- und Getränkeangelegenheiten verantworten; Servicequalität, Serviertechniken, Getränkekunde und Buffets sicherstellen; respektvoll mit Lebensmitteln umgehen; Sauberkeit und Hygiene kontrollieren; Getränke fachgerecht zubereiten; eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammenarbeiten.
Requirements
Adäquate Ausbildung in gehobener Hotellerie/Gastronomie und/oder Berufserfahrung. Portal nennt drei Jahre Berufs- und ein Jahr Führungserfahrung. Sicheres, gepflegtes Auftreten, positive Ausstrahlung, Engagement, Motivation, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Höflichkeit, Teamfreude, Hands-on-Mentalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Fließendes Deutsch, konversationssicheres Englisch; Portalniveaus DE C2 und EN A2 weichen beim Englisch vom Fließtext ab. EU-Arbeitsberechtigung bevorzugt.
