Podrška voditelju kuhinje u svim operativnim i organizacijskim područjima Zamjena voditelja kuhinje u njegovoj odsutnosti Koordinacija radnih procesa za nesmetan rad kuhinje Stručno vođenje, podrška i motivacija kuhinjskog tima Kvalitetna priprema naših jela i menija te osiguravanje dosljedne kvalitete Kreativno sudjelovanje i daljnji razvoj naše kulinarske ponude Pažljivo rukovanje svježim, kvalitetnim i regionalnim proizvodima Osiguravanje naših standarda kvalitete, higijene i sigurnosti
Requirements
Završeno kuharsko obrazovanje i višegodišnje radno iskustvo Idealno prvo iskustvo na rukovodećoj poziciji Organizacijske vještine, odgovornost i sposobnost odlučivanja Samostalan, pouzdan i fleksibilan način rada Timski duh, jasna komunikacija i veselje u vođenju zaposlenika Kreativnost, strast prema kuhanju i visoka svijest o kvaliteti 3 godine radnog iskustva Njemački C2 (izvrsno poznavanje) Vozačka dozvola B Prednost građanima EU-a (nije potrebna dozvola)
