About the position
Sous Chef – helyettes konyhafőnök a négycsillagos Hotel Traube Brazban, a Klostertal bejáratánál. Egész éves teljes munkaidős állás, határozatlan idejű szerződéssel. Belépés azonnal; a szövegben szeptember/október vagy megegyezés szerint.

A konyhafőnök támogatása minden operatív és szervezési területen A konyhafőnök helyettesítése távolléte esetén A munkafolyamatok koordinálása a zökkenőmentes konyhai működés érdekében A konyhai csapat szakmai irányítása, támogatása és motiválása Ételeink és menüink magas színvonalú elkészítése, valamint az állandó minőség biztosítása Kreatív közreműködés és kulináris kínálatunk továbbfejlesztése Gondos bánásmód friss, kiváló minőségű és regionális termékekkel Minőségi, higiéniai és biztonsági előírásaink biztosítása
Requirements
Befejezett szakácsképzés és többéves szakmai tapasztalat Ideális esetben vezetői pozícióban szerzett első tapasztalat Szervezőkészség, felelősségtudat és döntési képesség Önálló, megbízható és rugalmas munkavégzés Csapatszellem, világos kommunikáció és öröm a munkatársak irányításában Kreativitás, szenvedély a főzés iránt és magas minőségtudat 3 év szakmai tapasztalat Német C2 (kiváló ismeretek) B kategóriás jogosítvány EU-s állampolgár előnyben (nem szükséges engedély)
