About the position
Sous Chef – adjunct al conducerii bucătăriei la hotelul de patru stele Traube Braz, la intrarea în Klostertal. Post cu normă întreagă pe tot parcursul anului, cu contract pe durată nedeterminată. Începere imediată; în text septembrie/octombrie sau prin acord.

Sprijinirea conducerii bucătăriei în toate domeniile operaționale și organizatorice Înlocuirea conducerii bucătăriei în timpul absenței acesteia Coordonarea fluxurilor de lucru pentru o funcționare fără probleme a bucătăriei Îndrumarea profesională, sprijinirea și motivarea echipei de bucătărie Prepararea la standarde înalte a preparatelor și meniurilor noastre, precum și asigurarea unei calități constante Implicarea creativă și dezvoltarea în continuare a ofertei noastre culinare Gestionarea atentă a produselor proaspete, de înaltă calitate și regionale Asigurarea standardelor noastre de calitate, igienă și siguranță
Requirements
Formare profesională completă ca bucătar și experiență profesională de mai mulți ani Ideal, primele experiențe într-o funcție de conducere Talent organizatoric, simț al responsabilității și capacitate de decizie Mod de lucru independent, fiabil și flexibil Spirit de echipă, comunicare clară și plăcerea de a îndruma angajații Creativitate, pasiune pentru gătit și conștiință ridicată a calității 3 ani de experiență profesională Germană C2 (cunoștințe excelente) Permis de conducere B Cetățenii UE preferați (nu este necesară autorizație)
