Να αναλάβεις από κοινού με τον Simon τη λειτουργική διεύθυνση της κουζίνας Να συντονίζεις την ομάδα κουζίνας και να τη στηρίζεις στην καθημερινή λειτουργία Να αναπτύσσετε από κοινού τα μενού και τους καταλόγους πιάτων Να παρακολουθείς την ποιότητα, το κόστος υλικών και τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων Να εξελίσσετε τις διαδικασίες παραγωγής και κουζίνας Να δημιουργείτε από κοινού συνταγές και πρότυπα και να τα βελτιώνετε διαρκώς Να βρίσκεσαι ο ίδιος στην κουζίνα και να βάζεις πλάτη εκεί που χρειάζεται περισσότερο

Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση μάγειρα και στέρεη εμπειρία στην κουζίνα Εμπειρία στη διοίκηση ή τον συντονισμό ομάδας κουζίνας Πολύ καλή εξειδικευμένη γνώση και κατανόηση της χρήσης υλικών και του υπολογισμού κόστους Χαρά για ιδιοπαραγωγή και ποιοτικά τρόφιμα Ταλέντο οργάνωσης και ενδιαφέρον για αποτελεσματικές διαδικασίες κουζίνας Δικές σας ιδέες – και παράλληλα ανοιχτότητα στις ιδέες των άλλων Γερμανικά C1. Προτιμώνται πολίτες ΕΕ.
