Tasks
Viesť kuchyňu spoločne so Simonom. Mať prehľad o procesoch. Variť s tímom. Myslieť dopredu. A spoluvytvárať kuchyňu, ktorá spája remeslo a dobrú organizáciu. Prevziať operatívne vedenie kuchyne spoločne so Simonom Koordinovať kuchynský tím a podporovať ho v každodennom chode Spoločne vyvíjať plány menu a jedálne lístky Mať prehľad o kvalite, spotrebe surovín a skladovom hospodárstve Ďalej rozvíjať výrobné a kuchynské procesy Spoločne budovať receptúry a štandardy a priebežne ich zlepšovať Stáť pri sporáku a priplaziť sa tam, kde je to práve potrebné
Requirements
Nehľadáme kópiu šéfkuchára. Ale niekoho so skúsenosťami, prehľadom a chuťou skutočne zdieľať zodpovednosť. Ukončené kuchárske vzdelanie a solídne kuchárske skúsenosti Skúsenosti s vedením alebo koordináciou kuchárskeho tímu Veľmi dobré odborné znalosti a porozumenie pre využitie surovín a kalkuláciu Radosť z vlastnej produkcie a kvalitných potravín Organizačný talent a záujem o efektívne kuchynské procesy Vlastné nápady – a zároveň otvorenosť voči nápadom druhých Nemčina C1. Uprednostňovaní občania EÚ.
