About the position
Υπεύθυνος/η Σπα στο Lürzerhof από 30 Νοεμβρίου 2026, σε συνδυασμό με μασάζ ή αισθητική. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου για θερινή και χειμερινή σεζόν.
Tasks
Καθοδήγηση, παρακίνηση και εξέλιξη της ομάδας spa. Συντονισμός διαδικασιών, προσωπική φροντίδα των επισκεπτών ευεξίας και εκτέλεση μασάζ ή αισθητικών θεραπειών. Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση των υπηρεσιών και των διαδικασιών του spa.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στην αισθητική, το μασάζ ή τη διαχείριση σπα και ευεξίας, καθώς και στέρεη κατάρτιση για την εκτέλεση των δικών σας θεραπειών. Πολυετής εμπειρία στον χώρο του σπα, αναφέρονται τρία χρόνια· η εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης είναι επιθυμητή. Ικανότητα διοίκησης, οργανωτικό ταλέντο, αίσθημα ευθύνης, εγκάρδια και επαγγελματική παρουσία. Αίσθηση ποιότητας και εξυπηρέτησης, ενδιαφέρον για τις τάσεις στο σπα και την ομορφιά, αυτόνομη, οργανωμένη και προσανατολισμένη στις λύσεις εργασιακή προσέγγιση. Γερμανικά C1, καλά αγγλικά επιθυμητά. Απαιτείται άδεια εργασίας ή ιθαγένεια ΕΕ.
